304l hdf4 300cc regulators are made by alphas in Cambridge, MD. Each tank is labeled dot 3e1800 Whitey they are both identical and read vessel pressure from psi and regulate down to psi. There are 2 tanks and 2 regulators with all fittings shown in photos.

As seen in the photos, there is some tape residue on the tanks, as well as some slight yellowing of the gauge panels over the years.
