There is not part number listed on the adapter, but from Swagelok catalog it appears to be JNWMPT2550 this listing for one adapter. There is no functional difference that I can tell, as they both support all centering rings and clamps i've ever seen. Sometimes the combined shipping calculator does not work properly.

There are two adapters shown in some photos to illustrate the styles I have, main difference being one has an extra inner ring on mating face. Here I have some great condition Swagelok adapters. They are solid 316 stainless steel. They have NW25 fittings at one end and a male 1/2 npt pipe fitting the other.
